Shipping policy
The estimated date of delivery is based on the Pincode & Location of the Order.
- Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
- Shipments within India.
- The Usual Delivery Time for an order is 2 to 7 business days from the date of Order Confirmation* depending on the products ordered.
- For all orders within India, we offer free shipping above Rs 649.
- For Ready to Wear Sarees, an additional 7 business days will be required to deliver the product.
- For products with customisation like blouse stitching and more, we would need additional 7-10 business days.

International Shipments outside of India.
- For international deliveries, the shipping charges will be extra as per the weight of the order.
- For handcrafted products, it may take 30-35 working days for dispatch from the date of the order depending on the product ordered

For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country

For any orders that are urgent and are required to be delivered within an early time frame, the client is requested to confirm with the Soul India Team prior to placing the order.

For dispatch of COD orders, our dispatch team will be contacting you to confirm the dispatch.
- Cash on delivery orders will be dispatched only on customers' confirmation for the same. For Prepaid orders, NO attempt for confirmation will be made, and the order will be dispatched within the given TAT.
- In case, if there is no response to our calls/messages/email with a confirmation of dispatch within 3 days of our first attempt, for cash on delivery order, the order will be marked canceled at the end of the 3rd day.
- In case the delivery is unsuccessful, due to any circumstances on the customers' end, the second attempt will be made on confirmation with the customer.
- If, the second delivery attempt, is still unsuccessful due to any circumstances on the customers' end, for the subsequent third attempt the customer will have to bear extra charges for shipping. In case, the customer is unable to pay any such charges, the order will be marked as canceled and and we will not entertain any future orders from that customer.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to order dispatch. Once an order has been successfully dispatched, cancellation is not permitted, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
- At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.
