the products to help in making the right choice & our aim is to provide as accurate &
minutely detailed images of the product as possible through digital photography.
A few other measures which we take to provide you with the perfect product are:
1. Offer products which are in new and fresh condition.
2. All products are checked for quality before they are dispatched. Even the minutest of defects is checked to give you a perfect product with no flaws or shortcomings.
3. All our products are backend by a unique code which helps you get the same products that you have ordered.
4. We take special care in dispatching the products and pack them in three to four layers depending on the product so that there is no spoilage or loss of product and it reaches you safely.
But we understand that images lack the tactile sense and touch and feel of a product is also vital .So if you do not like the product in such cases, you can either opt for cancellation or avail the seven day return policy which we offer.
If you have made a purchase, but then wish to cancel the order, you can do so unless it has already been dispatched. Call us immediately and place a request for the cancellation. If the product has not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and give you a refund for the order value.
If you do not like the product on receiving it you can exchange it with another product available on the catalogue in the same price. Inform us by email within a day of receiving the product. When you receive a confirmation from our end, return the product through a registered courier agency which gives a tracking ID. Also please share the courier AWB number so that we can track the returned shipment. We will ship the product you have chosen in exchange only after we have received the returned product in good condition. Please note that we do not refund the return shipment charges of the products.
If during delivery you find the package is damaged or tampered please check the contents in it are in good & new condition or not. Once checked please write ‘Damaged’ in the delivery receipt so that we can talk to our courier agency and see to it that it does not happen again.
Although we go through a number of quality checks and provide you with the best & fresh pieces but still if by any chance something is defective or a wrong product has been delivered inform us by mail (E Mail firstname.lastname@example.org ) within a day of receiving the product. Try to be as clear and precise in your description as possible and attach a picture of the damaged portion with the email. Upon receiving confirmation from us, return the product through a registered courier agency to the below mentioned address:
Please ensure while couriering, you pack the products properly, and in safe non tearable envelope bags. Also, send the product through a courier company which provides a tracking ID .e.g. Bluedart, First Flight, DTDC or Indian Speed Post. This is to ensure that the product reaches us in good condition and is also trackable during transit. Please note that we do not refund the return shipment charges of the products.
The product, original barcodes, tags, labels and brand packaging should not be tampered.
Products should be returned with the original packing box in proper condition and wrapped with a plastic cover or white paper on top of the Box.
Please Email us the Courier AWB number so that we can track the returned shipment.
Please Note: We'll not be able to accept / process refunds of products if we do not receive the products in original condition. The product should be returned back to us along with the original packing box within 7 working days from the delivery date.
We process the Refunds within 7 working days of receiving the products back in original condition. Refunds are done through Cheque, NEFT or transferred back to credit card / net banking accounts used at the time of placing order.
We request customers to email us the name in which we should issue the Cheque. In case of bank transfer (NEFT), we request customers to send us the following bank details - Name (as in the bank records), Bank name, Bank branch address, Bank account number and Branch IFSC code.
